Returns/Exchanges

All candle sales are final sales. Summer Scents & Co does accept returns and exchanges, only for broken material. Must email a photo to our email of the damaged material received for a return or exchange.

Processing of orders begins immediately after an order is placed. Therefore, once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled or changed.

Shipping Policy
All orders take 1-3 days to process. After the processing time, the shipping time will start. Please allow 5-7 Business days for standard shipping and 1-3 Business days for express shipping.

Packages are sent via USPS from Virginia and a tracking number will always be provided. Once you receive a tracking number from Summer Scents & Co., any questions regarding tracking and shipment must be directed toward USPS.

Candle Care

Here at Summer Scents & Co., we want our customers to experience the absolute best from our candle line. We highly recommend trimming the wick to 1/4" after each burn. Wait for your candle to completely solidify and upon relighting trim your wick (1/4") to make sure you always get the best even burn.

Fire Safety

Safety is always our top priority. Please burn your candles within sight. Keep away from flammable objects. Keep away from children and pets. Always keep your candle free from any foreign materials including matches and wick trimmings. Burn on a leveled, fire-resistant surface. Do not burn your candle (s) for more than 4 hours at a time, and please stop use when only 1/4" of wax remains in your container.
